The padsite in front of Home Depot was purchased by Melvin Properties 2010, Inc. and according to the LA Secretary of State website, the names and addresses of the individuals associated with this corporation are also associated with Chuck E. Cheese’s Restaurants in Scottsdale, AZ and Bossier City, LA. So, until further notice, I’m guessing Chuck E. Cheese’s. If you have any additional information, please forward it my way.
